Housing Offer

The applicant will be informed of an available flat by mail or e-mail.

The notification will include detailed information concerning the apartment as well as instructions on following measures, such as paying the lease deposit and entering into a lease. There will also be information on the deadline by which the applicant is asked to announce whether he/she accepts the flat or not. Otherwise the flat will be offered to another applicant.

The lease deposit corresponds to one (1) month’s rent. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant at the end of the tenancy provided that all obligations stated in the tenancy agreement have been fulfilled.
