Refund of the Lease Deposit

The lease deposit will be refunded to the tenant provided that the following requirements are met:

• the tenant has carried out a final cleaning in the flat
• all keys have been left in the flat
• the final inspection has been made without any remarks
• the tenant has no unpaid back rents or other unfulfilled obligations

Otherwise the deposit can be fully or partly used to compensate for the company's receivables
