Termination of Tenancy

The tenancy ends when the lease is terminated or the contract is terminated or when a fixed-term contract expires. For an indefinite period of notice is the tenant's lease terminates one (1) calendar month. The period of notice is a full calendar month, starting from the last day of the month in which the written notice of termination has been given to building management office.

The final cleaning must be done before moving out. The apartment must be empty and cleaned up the release date, which the tenant has notified the lease termination.
